MOBIRIX and Daejeon Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency (DICIA) have signed a business agreement for global advancement of game companies in Daejeon, and agreed on matters such as personal exchange, information exchange, and distribution support.
As the first
case example, a global publishing contract has signed between MOBIRIX and
MediaWork's 'World Arching League'.

ecosystem.
The publisher, MOBIRIX (CEO Joong Su, Lim)
had recorded 10th in the global download rankings in the first quarter of this
year, and took the first step to strengthen the global competitiveness of games
in Daejeon.
MOBIRIX signed a business agreement with
Daejeon Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency (Director Jin Gyu,
Kim, hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Agency) for global advancement of
local game companies in Daejeon at the conference room of the headquarters of
the Agency. There are more than 80 game-related companies in the Daejeon area.
This agreement held for revitalize the
ecosystem and strengthen competitiveness in the Daejeon mobile game industry by
establishing a mutual cooperation system based on understanding and trust.
The two companies agreed on matters such as
▲ Information exchange necessary to
revitalize the mobile game industry
▲ Cooperation to strengthen corporate
capabilities and revitalize distribution support
▲ Joint research to revitalize market entry
▲ Personal exchanges such as the use of
experts for education and advice.
Kim Jin-gyu, the director of the Promotion
Agency, said, “In Daejeon, there are many hidden experts in the field of games
and ICT, and most of these companies put their points on development. We are so
pleasured to conclude this agreement with MOBIRIX and Daejeon oriented
developers with sharing global service experiences to mutually. In the future,
I hope to give a lot of help to Daejeon companies with the heart of building
virtue.”
The C.E.O of MOBIRIX, Joong Su, Lim said,
“We will come up with a concrete way to cooperate with local developers in
Daejeon”, and also “Particularly, we will consider the ways to work with
students who want a job in the game field.”
