[IPO] MOBIRIX, public subscription competition rate record 1485:1...listed on KOSDAQ on the 28th

5.34 million shares received to 360,000 shares, estimated margin 3,743.5 billion (KRW)

Scheduled to be list on KOSDAQ on coming 28th

Mobile game developer and publisher MOBIRIX announced on the 20th that it recorded a final subscription competition rate of 1485.51 to 1 as a result of public subscription on the 19th and 20th.

This subscription was for public for 360,000 shares, which worth 20% of the 1.8 million shares of the company's total public offering. A total of 5.34 million shares were received, and the margin was accounted at 3,743.5 billion (KWR).

As a result of the book building conducted for institutional investors on the 14th and 15th, MOBIRIX recorded a competition rate of 1407.53 to 1, and the public offering price was set as 14,000 (KRW), which is the uppermost of the range of the desired public offering price that is ranged from 10,500 to 14,000 KRW. At the time of book building, 97% of offered prices gathered on upper part of the range among participating institutions, therefore the public offering was showing great interest in MOBIRIX's listing.

 

The C.E.O of MOBIRIX, Joong-Su Lim said, "It seems that the profitability of the company specializing in casual mobile games was reasonably evaluated by ordinary investors, and also we will keep continue to strive to increase the company's sales after the listing”

 

MOBIRIX will be listed on the KOSDAQ on the 28th after the payment and refund of margin on 22nd of this month. The public offering funds are planned to be mainly used for

1.     Game development costs to expand mid to long-term new lineups

2.     Investment in excellent game developers and studios for synergy from external sourcing

3.     User data analysis advancement development costs.

 

MOBIRIX is founded in 2004, and engaged in mobile casual game development and publishing as its main business. Over 200 games are servicing around the world through Google Play and Apple’s App Store, moreover it is solidifying its position as the number 1 company in the number of global downloads in Korea. It has secured players from various countries such as North America, Europe, and Asia, and more than 91% of total sales are generated overseas. The sales structure of MOBIRIX is expanding scale in harmoniously as 63% of platform-based advertising revenue, 33% of in-app payments, and 4% of others.

 

In 2019, Mobirix achieved sales of 40.34 billion (KRW), operating income of 7.43 billion (KRW), and net income of 6.18 billion (KRW). In the third quarter of last year, 32.9 billion (KRW) in sales, operating income 7.7 billion (KRW) and the net income of 5.9 billion (KRW) were calculated. Compared to the same period of the previous year, sales are 7.85% increased. In particular, operating income and net income increased significantly by 52.28% and 58.86%, and its performance is being constantly grow.
